The manager's name is Andy. He is terrible. So rude and unprofessional. On me (my admission of guilt here): I placed a large order (17 people to be exact) which I know that overwhelmed them.On him: If 17 more people having lunch at your establishment is enough to ruin you - you are NOT properly stocked. Also, he left 5 orders off. When I went back he refused to give me the food or replace it. He said he will refund but not replace. I asked if I could go pick it up from one of the other three closer by locations and he said no, absolutely not. He was extremely rude about it all and refused to give me any names or contact info for anyone above him. I asked him for his boss's name and his reply was, "I am the boss. If you have a problem you'll have to complain on the website."So I placed the rest of the order online under another name and sent someone else to pick it up.

I really wish that the Chipotle app would allow you to pick the restaurant you want your food delivered from. For some reason the app always has my food delivered from the Cincinnati premium outlet location in Monroe via Door dash and I ALWAYS have issues. Today not only did the food arrive a 1/2 hour late, but it was cold, the rice was mushy, portions were small (specifically ordered extra rice), and both burrito bowls ordered were incorrect (one was missing items the other had a ton of sour cream though extra was not asked for). This order was definitely not worth the $25 I paid for it. I think I'll be holding off on ordering from the app until i get the option to pick a more reliable location.

Thot I'd add chicken since the steak prices are cut smaller than ever b4. Not much chicken added so not worth the price on a bowl. VALUE ISNT What it Used to be. Used to be my favorite place.

Food is always good but the dinning room always seems to be dirty.

I come here every single day and deal with the regular employees and have had decent (not great) service. Nothing awful to the point where I'd leave a review but today I dealt with the manager, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He had the staff flustered and tried to overcharged me for 2 sides of chicken. He's dark haired and has a beard. He's honestly not nice. I'm a store manager of a retail location and honestly, I have fired reps for giving customers better care than he just gave me and his co-workers.I won't be back, ill just head to hot head burritos from now on, you've lost a customer who spends $100's per month at various Chipotle's because of 1 manager who has NO business dealing with the public. That was a very stressful experience and not the fun atmosphere I'd like to do business in.Oh yeah! And the guacamole was CLEARLY not fresh! I'm extremely unhappy.

Food was just ok. I tried the new Carne Asada. The steak was tough. The options for toppings was extremely limited. Rice, beans, cheese and a meat. Very very basic. Guacamole costs way too much and it's too easy and cheap to make on my own.The burrito itself was a decent weight but I've gotten better at hothead. And will continue to visit Hothead over Chipotle.Also the line was long and they were out of lettuce. It was nearly 7 pm and there were close to 100 people in there and the line was halfway to the door.

Love there burritos but wished they had hot heads sauce varieties.

This Chipotle was great! They were super fast, the food was hot, tasted great, and the staff was super friendly! I would def pick this Chipotle over another Chipotle even if the other one was closer

This is the best Chipotle I've had in a while. I like the newer design inside and the outdoor seating. It's also not a huge pain to get in and out of the parking lot. Went on on a busy Saturday and they were very quick and efficient.

They charge for chips and not as good as Qdoba

The burrito bowl was excellent. Very flavorful. But a rather spartan atmosphere.

The family and I were traveling to Cincinnati and we stopped here for a quick bite to eat before arrival to our hotel. Food was good but the staff was rude, there was no changing table in either of the restrooms, so my wife had to change my daughter STANDING UP! That wasn't cool. Then I took my oldest daughter to the men's restroom and there was urine all over the seat! This restaurant was not clean and I would recommend going somewhere different!

30 minutes after eating there for my wife's birthday, my wife and I spent the next 6 hours fighting over the bathroom at our house. Had it coming out every Orphus. Sorry to be so blunt, but when your sole purpose in the food industry is to make food and serve it and you fail at this task miserably I think it's time to start up a paper route or any other job that is not in the customer service field.

Amazing. My first time having Chipotle and the food was really good. What made it very enjoyable was the service. The lady behind the counter was very patient with my order and I. I really appreciate it and I'll definitely be a regular customer!

We ordered catering for our daughters graduation party, it was awesome. A bit expensive but worth it to have someone else prep it. Second time we've done it that way, 4 yrs ago did sons wedding reception .

We live down the road in Monroe and we order from here at least twice a month. Usually do the online ordering so we can go right in; get our food and go! Always have great, convenient experience! Kudos to Chipotle!

We needed something quick last night. I got the new stake and its was all grisly, barf... mistake! I'm not quite sure why the meat is always dry and almost over cooked tasting at this particular location. It's a mystery.

Hard to screw up a Chipotle burrito but they accomplished it here hands down!! Will not be back! I will go out of my way to patronize others.

Last week was the first time we visited this place. But It is absolutely not the last time. We had a good time with the generous service, with the excellent cooking and wine and with the decent price. We will absolutely visit there in a short time.

This place always delivers. They have fresh food for reasonable prices, there no long wait even when the spot is busy.

Love Chipotle but THIS one in Monroe has could use some serious quality control. No napkins for the fist 20 minutes. Plastic wear was gone 5 mi utes later. Dirty tables and a sloppy food prep area. Slower than normal service.

Firstly, dirtiest restaurant I have EVER entered. The staff looked annoyed to be there to say the least. No eye contact, nothing. The food was fine. No complaints there. The bathroom was also extremely dirty. I saw at least 6 employees there and it was not packed. Makes me worry about the cleanliness that customers cannot see.

If you buy a veggie bowl the cost is same as the chicken bowl. So ring it up as Chicken bowl. Even though I don't eat chicken. So if I had any issues with the food it might be difficult to explain why it shows chicken bowl on my receipt.If you add corn or tomatoes on your chicken quesadilla (for my friend) it becomes a burrito and it is charged more but yet the portion of the chicken remains less then a burrito. And if you show the concern for it nothing is done until you ask for the store number which is not on the receipt.And they don't have enough foil to cover your quesadilla. Unless you ask for it.Small things turn the customer away. Little more though and training for customer experience keep the business going. Wishing them best of luck.

Consistent food quality, friendly employees, casual and clean.

The Monroe location was horrible at best. They gave tiny portions. For $2.55 a taco it deserves more than this. And the employees at this location were not friendly whatsoever! I will never come back!! And this is multiple things on here and look at how scarce it is. Ugh!!

Something about it today it was not good at all and I love to eat there

They messed up an online order and had to go in twice to get it fixed. Megan and amber were helping me and were wonderful. I was frustrated with the situation but they handled it well. The manager Andrew was very helpful working with me to get the refund from the joke of a corporate office for my delivery fees. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I received the refunded that I deserved. I wont order online again due to the corporate bs you have to go through to get a refund if needed. I will stop in and order in person though.

I love chipotle I work at chipotle from 2003 to 2011 it's very sad the kind of food and service tha they got now rice was so sticky no salt lime or much cilantro no taste at all store was slow and dirty tables floor needed to be clean and sweep 2 costumers on line and 8 employees walking all over baging chips with out of gloves switching containers with out gloves even the supervisor or manager was cutting steak with out the mettal glove employees with no hads an long hair one of the girls show up to work with her neck full of hekis didn't look professional no one smile It really was very bad experiace hope this help you guys out and get the store in order Omg walking out employes shouldn't walk out the restaurant with the aprons on an employee was smoking on the car with hes apron on that's so out of the way

Probably had the worst service I've ever had at a restraunt at the chipolte location in monroe,oh from start to finish absolutely everything made me regret going there this evening.

Worst chipotle ever. Inconsistent seasoning, one day the rice will be over salted and the next it will have absolutely no flavor. They literally always skimp on your to-go order if you get it through DoorDash or any other delivery service. Go to a different location.

The food is regularly well prepared and delightful, workers hands out great customer service. I really like the cleanliness and vibes. Keep up the good work.

I visited at lunch the day after Christmas. The food was good but the dining room was dirty and needed restocked. The guac also looked not too fresh. I needed to use the restroom but decided not to based on the appearance of the dining room.

The food is okay, I always get the chips and guacamole, but the chips are always partly stale. if they would put them in plastic bags it be much better. And when they wrap their soft tacos in foil they usually put two of them together and by the time you get to eat them their steam has made the soft tacos mushy and uneditable. I just would much prefer my taco wrapped separately and in paper not foil kind of like Taco Bell does.
